Sea Life-Full August or Sturgeon Moon

Full Sturgeon Moon (August) is 20 x 20 oil on canvas painting and framed with weathered wood by the artist. Sturgeon, a boney fish that looks almost prehistoric, are native to the Kennebec River where you can see them leap out of the water. Once fished for their roe or caviar, they are endangered and protected. Part of CCVAC Exhibit at Marion Crain Gallery, Snow Library Orleans, August 2022 and included in the Art of the Ride/PMC online benefit art show July 24-August 6, 2023.
