Sculpture - Totem Figure with Mirror

Totem Figure with Mirror is created with acrylic plaster, antique nails and found objects, mounted on a wood block with encaustic (hot wax). It was created after visiting the Michael Rockefeller Wing at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC. Influenced and inspired by African Art and sacred totemic figures in the collection. In several juried exhibits since 2018.
