Collage - Mudlarking the Sheepscot #3

 Mudlarking the Sheepscot #3 is a 20 x 20 collage on panel, using stencils of actual found items imbedded the muddy banks of a Maine river. This collage has green and  gray color theme with rusty red and pink, evidence of long-ago industry - boat yards, fishing wharves and lumber mills, where interesting relics can be found in the mud at low tide. This process is called mudlarking. After the artist photographs these found treasures, they are turned into stencils to be printed on the collage itself.
