Wellfleet Oyster Shells on Chipped Dish is a 12 x 12 oil on canvas painting framed with weathered wood strips. Irregular shapes of the wild oyster shells seem to match the cracks and broken rim of the old yellow plate. An earlier similar painting with a chartreuse place sold recently.
