Pollinators - Male and Female Blue Morpho

Please enter a quantity.

Valentine's Day Favorite, Morpho, a pair of butterflies  - the male has iridescent dorsal wings that appear blue when the sun shines on them and  the female is generally larger and less flashy. This oil on panel 14 x 14, and rather than a frame, it has a painted silver rim. From my personal archives, painted after a visit to the Costa Rica rainforest in 2006.
